Hi Mphillers II for 2012, I am a Family Physician facilitating learning in a medical school. I intend expanding MB ChB IV students understanding an correct completion of J88 assault forms. The medical, legal and forensic implications will be reviewed. Assault and intemate partner violence issues will be focused on. Any suggestions? Eddie.

Dear Eddie. It looks like a type of project where e-Learning can be of assistance. Forms on paper makes people lazy, but if you have some kind of online form (that also provides information while the practitioner have to fill it in) then one could "force" someone to fill in all the parts of the form correctly. Did you have any ideas of how you would want to facilitate this kind of process?
